according to Urban dictionary technical description of lonely is An adjective describing one who finds him or her self looking up words such as lonely because he or she misses his or her loved one, or has not yet found one to be named as such.

Everyone experiences loneliness from time to time. loneliness comes in many forms. most probably loneliness often arises when you have little or no contact with people. It can also occur when you feel you have little importance or value in other people's lives and when the people you are with see things very differently from you.
